- 法律（英语：Law） 是一種由規則組成的體系，經由社會組織來施與強制力量，規範個人行為。法律是一系列的規則，通常需要經由一套制度來落實。 學者們從許多不同的角度來研究法律，包括從法制史和哲學，或從如經濟學與社會學等社會科學的方面來探討。 在一個典型的三權分立國家中，創造和解釋法律的核心機構為政府的三大部門：公正不倚的司法、民主的立法和負責的行政。
